Sharky’s Mexican Grill / Bean and Vine -

The 4,000 SF building located in the Pinnacle Hills area of Rogers was previously a single commercial restaurant. This project included splitting the space into two independent spaces as well as the tenant design for a restaurant and coffee/wine bar. All MEP systems were significantly revised to support the new building use. Exterior signage, lighting and façade were designed as new to match brand requirements.
