Prigm Engineering is led by individuals with strong backgrounds in comprehensive engineering design and project management.
The founding members are Jason Mowrey, John Longinotti, and Jared Watson. John and Jared have worked closely together in the engineering field for more than 10 years. Jason has been working with the team for over two years. We have forged a strong alliance with a common goal of both individual and collective success.
At Prigm, we are passionate about helping organizations achieve an efficient, comprehensive, and resourceful understanding of their MEP assets. Through experience, we have achieved expertise in both the management and execution of commercial, civic, municipal, higher education, K-12, healthcare, retail, hospitality, correctional, military, and institutional projects. We know the specialized workings involved with these types of projects, know how to engage stakeholders, and know how to actively listen to truly understand the client’s needs. Our team has valuable insights that positively impact each of our ventures.
Jason Mowrey, P.E.
Mechanical Engineer
Jason Mowrey is a Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager with over 22 years of extensive leadership and management experience. He received a degree in Mechanical Engineering as well as an MBA with emphasis in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Arkansas. He is a registered Professional Mechanical Engineer who is actively licensed in five states. Along with his 15 years of engineering and project management experience, Jason also has eight years of leadership, sales, marketing, and business development experience. He has served as a team leader and project manager on many projects here in Northwest Arkansas, including some that are valued at over $100 million. A few of the projects Jason has been responsible for include Arkansas Children’s Hospital Northwest, Mercy Hospital Rogers Patient Tower Addition, Washington Regional Medical Center Women’s Center Addition, and many classroom and laboratory buildings on the University of Arkansas campus.

John Longinotti, P.E.
Electrical Engineer
John Longinotti is an Electrical Engineer with 13 years of experience in electrical design and project management for institutional, civic, commercial, industrial, hospitality, and residential buildings. He has an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Arkansas and is a registered Professional Electrical Engineer who is actively licensed in 11 states. Throughout his career, John has worked on almost every type of project and in almost every state. With his wide range of project experience, John has the knowledge and ability to handle almost any engineering problem.

Daniel Miles is an Electrical Engineer who has been practicing Consulting Engineering since 2002. Dan has electrical design and project management experience in a wide range of project types, including commercial, educational, food service, government, hospitality, medical, residential, and retail. He has an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Arkansas and is a registered Professional Engineer in 4 states. Dan has enjoyed serving as Engineer of Record and Project Manager for a multitude of projects in the Northwest Arkansas and regional area.

Jon Jacobs
Mechanical Designer
Jon Jacobs is a Mechanical Designer with 5 years of mechanical and plumbing design experience. Jon has mechanical design experience in a wide range of project types, including educational, medical (surgery, dental, etc.), residential, retail, food service, hospitality, and commercial. He has worked on every type of project here in Northwest Arkansas and also in a number of other states. A majority of those years was spent focusing on plumbing design. Jon has worked towards and achieved his goal of getting certified with ASPE. He is currently a Certified Plumbing Design Technician and is working towards becoming a Certified Plumbing Designer.
