Fox Army Health Center Dental Clinic & HVAC Renovations - Redstone Arsenal, AL
Remodeled the sterile processing area and other selected spaces of the Dental Clinic. Renovated and redesigned the sterile processing area to correct issues associated with cross contamination between sterile dental equipment processing and the decontamination area. The design included general MEP updates to accommodate the new layout along with the complete replacement of the medical gases, including a new oral evacuation system, and a new dental compressed air system. Also included a complete replacement of a heating only air handler with a new chilled water and heating water air handler that serves the mechanical/maintenance spaces of the hospital. This includes the upgrade of the pneumatic control to new Direct Digital Controls which connect to the existing Building Management System.
