Jim & Joyce Faulkner Performing Arts Center - University of Arkansas
A complete remodeling of the Old Field House Building, which was the original basketball area for the University, into a state-of-the-art performing arts center., all while maintaining the original appearance of the building. The building interior consisted of a new concert hall with a seating capacity for 600 people, along with a performance stage. Large lobbies on the lower and main levels allow the audience to circulate during intermissions, and are also used as event spaces during non-performance times or for post-performance receptions. This project was designed to LEED Silver Certification standards.
