DoubleTree Hotel - Jamestown, NY
Complete renovation and rebrand of an 8-story, 125-key hotel. The hotel had been abandoned for several years, flooded, and was in very poor condition. Most of the public spaces were gutted and reconfigured. The hotel included a full restaurant with commercial kitchen, dining area, a separate bar and lounge area, administrative areas, fitness room, ballrooms, and an indoor pool. Along with reconfiguring and replacing all equipment, the central heating for space comfort and domestic water was converted to local utility district heating.
