In April 2017, the chapter of Delta Iota held a house renovation and expansion groundbreaking at the iconic house at 920 W. Maple. This expansion and renovation will bring the house to approximately 43,000 square feet. In addition to more space, the newly renovated Delta Iota chapter house will meet current technological capabilities, have more study space, a larger industrial kitchen, and larger common areas for chapter meetings and dining to serve all in-house and out-of-house member. At completion, the house holds 98 beds and consist of five floors, including a basement and an attic.
