Crystal Flats - Bentonville, AR
Crystal Flats is a high-density, mixed-use development located in Northwest Arkansas. This development will add diverse and dense housing for young professionals within biking and walking distance to downtown Bentonville. This includes six separate buildings with a total of 487 workforce housing units, ranging from 400 SF Studio Apartments up to 1,600 SF four-bedroom units and town homes. This facility contains a total of over 600 living units, on-site day care, workout studio, several restaurants and retail spaces, and a coffee shop.
