Appalachian Recovery Project - Nelsonville, OH
Complete renovation and reconfiguration of a 3-story Correctional Facility. The new layout included Dayrooms, Classrooms, Dormitories, Cells, Administrative areas, Kitchen, Cafeteria, Laundry, and Central Plant. In addition to updating the layout, all existing MEP systems were in poor condition and were required to be redesigned and replaced. The building was previously heating only except for a few select areas. The new design included adding cooling for the entire building, new electrical service and generator.
